Booking Questions
How quickly can I get on the schedule?
For recurring cleaning, we can typically start within one week. Deep cleans and move-in/out jobs generally need 48-72 hours of lead time. If you have an urgent need, call us directly at (330) 577-3620 and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key, garage code, or smart lock access. We're fully bonded and insured, and our teams follow strict security protocols. You're also welcome to be home — whatever makes you most comfortable.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your home's size, the service type, and any add-ons you select. We provide a transparent quote before your first visit — no hidden fees, no surprises. Recurring clients enjoy consistent pricing and priority scheduling.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Recurring clients are billed automatically after each visit. We do not require payment upfront — you pay only after the work is done.
